When you register, you will receive the latest version of Form It! along with the illustrated manual on disk (in MacWrite file format).

There is also a version of Form It! which is used only for filling out forms (adding, deleting or editing a forms data) created by Form It! called Form It! (Fill-in). It will not allow users to alter an existing form design or create any new ones. By only distributing the Form It! (Fill-in) program to various departments, a manager can insure that all forms generated by the corporation will remain consistant with all changes in form layouts initiated from the central MIS office (using the full-featured Form It! program). To register for Form It! (Fill-in) you (or your company) must have at least one registered copy of Form It! Please request pricing information when registering.
